Terms and conditions for GoTripora bookings.
These terms apply when you browse, book or use a tour, ticket, transfer or other experience through GoTripora. GoTripora is operated by Tripora Limited, Hong Kong.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued. Some products remain subject to supplier availability; if an option cannot be fulfilled, we will offer a suitable alternative, a date change or a refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the displayed checkout currency and apply to the package and traveler type selected. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout.
Accurate guest details
You must provide a reachable contact number, correct traveler numbers and ages or heights where relevant, and accurate pickup or meeting information. Costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be your responsibility.
Product requirements
Please review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, child policy, accessibility notes and important information before booking. Entry may be refused where safety, age, height, health or identification requirements are not met.
Local operation and changes
Experiences may be delivered by local guides, drivers, venues and activity partners. Routes, timing or activities may change where reasonably necessary because of traffic, weather, safety, local restrictions or operational conditions.
Guest conduct and timing
Please arrive at the stated meeting point or be ready for pickup on time and follow reasonable safety instructions. Late arrival, no-show or disruptive or unsafe conduct may result in missed service without refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Our Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Product-specific rules shown on the product page or booking confirmation take priority where they differ.
